Description   This is BSC's 6 Gallon Stretched Fuel Injected Steel Gas Tank, AKA the 6G Tank. Back in 2013 BSC specifically designed the 6G Tank for one of our clients that brought us the first Harley Davidson CVO Breakout that hit the West Coast. Later we introduced our 6G tank to our Softail Rocker build projects as well. Beyond the beautiful curves and simplicity of our 6G Tank, it was a must for the added fuel needed for these larger high-performance engines. One of the clever things about our 6G Tank is that it uses the stock fuel system out of the original tank; this saves you money and works with your stock gadgets if you choose to run a speedometer. Rocker customers that wish to run stock speedometer will require our BSC adapter at an additional cost. It is highly suggested that you order a BSC seat to work seamlessly with your 6G BSC tank. We will require you to send in your internal parts from your current gas tank. This helps keep the cost for our 6G tank down. Ordering stock internals from Harley would easily add an additional $1,000 to the cost. Unfortunately, it would be very complicated to explain to our customers on how to install your current internal to our 6G tank. Additionally, we use a fuel-resistant epoxy powder coat inside to seal the tank. The epoxy powder coat is also rust preventative. The tanks are pressure tested prior to powder coating to ensure you will not have any issues. We will contact you after ordering to list the internal parts we require from your stock tank to install into your new BSC tank.
